Cashflow Manager Programs require the Region & Language Options to be set to ENGLISH/UK.

To make sure, or edit, your options to ENGLISH/UK, using Widows 10:

Click on your [Start] button

Select [Settings] in the Start Menu

Click on [Time & Language]

Click on [Region & Language]

 

Make sure the Country or Region is set to United Kingdom, and the Languages includes ENGLISH (UNITED KINGDOM).
