Cashflow Manager records the money in (receipts) and money out (payments) transactions of your business. You can then reconcile to your bank, and print reports for managing your business, preparing your taxes including the GST report that makes completing your BAS a breeze. Cashflow Manager’s unique column system makes it amazingly simple to keep excellent records without knowing anything about accounting.
Selecting your Account:
Your program will always open to 'My Dashboard'.
The accounts are listed in a drop-down menu in the 'My Accounts' section.
Simply select the account you wish to work in, from the drop-down menu.
When you are working in the Cashflow Manager Money-In and Money-Out records you can change accounts by clicking on the Account Selector box on the left side at the top of your work area.
Once you have selected an account, you can enter the 'Cashflow Manager' by using the side panel.

Options- Cashflow Manager:
The Money In and Money Out sections of Cashflow Manager have Options. These options are global for each section.
It is important to set up these options prior to entering Money In and Money Out transactions.
To access the Cashflow Manager Options you need to be in either the Money In or Money Out section of the program. Click on [Options]
The following options are available:
Remove Recurring Transaction - Delete recurring transactions that you no longer require.
Advanced Preferences - Sort transactions by date before locking bank reconciliation.
Auto Column Selection - Use this option to establish links so that when the customer or supplier is recorded, the column is automatically selected.Scroll to the customer or supplier’s name, click on the select box and select the column you require.
Private Use Columns - Select the private use component and column for the balance. Note that you must select a column for the balance for the private use calculation to be made. For example, if you record 80% private use for the ‘Motor Vehicle’ column and ‘Owners Drawings’ as the Private Use column, if you enter $100 in the ‘Motor Vehicle’ column, it will save $20 in the Motor Vehicle column and allocate $80 to Owners Drawings.
Other Settings - Here you can record a new name for the Quantity column (Max 8 characters), and decimal places displayed.
The Cashflow Sections:
There are five Cashflow sections, accessible from the side panel. They are:
Money In – for recording money received
Money Out – for recording money paid
Reconciliation – for reconciling your Money In and Money Out records to your bank
Budget – for preparing and using budgets
Reports – for comprehensive reports
Change to a Different Month and Year:
The month and year appears at the top right of the Money In and Money Out sections. To change a month or year, click on the drop-down menus provided and select the month or year.
Change to a Different Section:
You can access any section or sub-section, at any time, from the side panel.
The side panel will remain on the screen no matter where you are in the program. This makes functionality and moving around the program much quicker, saving you time.
