As Long Service Leave regulations and policies are different across each state and territory, Cashflow Manager Gold and Wages Manager does not calculate or track Long Service Leave. However, a custom rate can be set up for paying long service leave taken by an employee.

1. Highlight the employee and click on [Modify Employee] from the right-hand side menu

2. Navigate to the [Pay Details] tab from on the Edit Employee Screen. Under Pay Options at the bottom of the screen, select the [Custom Rates] tab and click on the [Add] button on the right.

3. Add the relevant details and select Long Service Leave taken under the wage category

4. Click on Ok, then Save at the bottom right-hand corner of the Edit Employee Screen

5. Highlight the employee from the list, select [Pay Single Employee] from the right-hand side. A Long Service Leave Column will be visible, and you can specify the number of hours taken here.
